My journey has taken me through 20+ years in global corporates, several years at the BBC working on political programming and world service broadcasts, and more than 1,500 client partnerships in the past four years alone. Along the way, I trained as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and in advanced vocal anatomy — because I believe we cannot separate voice, presence, body language, and mindset from the leader we become. We must work with the whole self: how we think, feel, and act.

 

What drives me is helping leaders uncover their authentic voice and brand — not by telling them who they should be, but by facilitating the clarity to see it for themselves. My clients often come to me in moments of transition or high stakes: preparing for interviews, stepping into new leadership roles, or needing to find the gravitas to hold a room. Together, we break down barriers, explore new perspectives, and develop practical tools that allow them to thrive with confidence, authenticity, and impact.
